Welcome to Norwich Student Accommodation! We are a family run business offering high quality student housing at affordable prices. We have three five bedroom properties all within walking distance of the UEA which are available for 2021 \ 2022 academic year. With the coronavirus pandemic we have gone further and provided a complete 360 degree virtual viewing platform compatible with any phone or computer.
SO WHY RENT FROM US?
We don’t use estate agents cutting out the cost. A WhatsApp group is setup for each property so its easy to get in contact
We have a team consisting of an Electrician, Plumber and Builder if anything goes wrong
We provide good value and spacious accommodation, all room are doubles and every house has a nice living area capable of comfortably fitting in five individuals
All of our properties have at least two toilets and showers \ baths
Every room has a 32” TV with free access to Netflix and Amazon
Every Tenant is entitled to one free film at the local cinema every month
We believe that if we look after our tenants then out tenants look after our property and this philosophy has served us well.
We understand students don’t want long bus trips, all our properties are within walking distance of the UEA.
We take students safety serious in all our houses. We provide a copy of all the relevant safety certificates so you know you are safe.
